Principal

Welcome to Linwood Elementary School! I am Nabil Zerizef, also known as Mr.Z, and I am honored to serve as the school principal. We have a unique school with two separate schools both operating in the same building which is why at times you may hear the school called Linwood & Sojourner and I am the principal at both schools. 

At Linwood Elementary, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to succeed, and we are dedicated to providing our students with the knowledge, skills, and support they need to reach their full potential. We are committed to fostering a culture of academic excellence, creativity, and critical thinking, and we strive to help our students become confident, self-directed learners who are prepared for success in the 21st century.

We also know that success goes beyond academic achievement. At Linwood Elementary, we also place a strong emphasis on building community and fostering social-emotional development. We believe that a strong sense of belonging and connection is essential to student success, and we work hard to create a school culture that is welcoming, inclusive, and supportive of all students and families.

Together, we can create a bright future for our students, and I am excited to work with our students, families, and staff to make this vision a reality. We are happy to have you at Linwood Elementary School, and I look forward to a successful school year.
